Orders can be picked up at our Benefit Bout on Saturday July 25th between 5:00pm-8:00pm, or  Monday July 27th at our practice between 6-8pm or please select the shipping option! Please note, these will not be shipped until the week of July 27th.

    All Sales Are Final

    Due to the nature of our merchandise and limited inventory, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

  • Processing Time

    Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. During special events, fundraisers, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

    Shipping Rates

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. Most apparel orders ship for a flat rate, with rates designed to cover packaging and postage costs.

    Shipping Methods

    We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

    Local Pickup

    When available, local pickup options may be offered at select Roaring Fork Roller Derby events or practices. If local pickup is available, it will appear as an option during checkout.

    Lost or Delayed Packages

    Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
